We began individually in close embrace with a basic forward nudge movement led from the leader's chest; weight well forward onto ball/toes of feet; starting on a strong beat and always moving forward with two very short half steps

Begining with the left foot:

Quick - Left foot nudges forward a few cm past the right foot;

Quick - Right foot nudges back a few cm keeping torso forward;

Slow - Left foot nudges forward a few cm more;

Then with the right foot:

Quick - Left foot nudges back a few cm keeping torso forward;

Slow - Right foot nudges forward a few cm more.

Then repeating the above (many times):

L R L _; R L R _;
